Free 14-day trial
Every paid plan starts with a full-featured 14-day trial. No credit card required to start. We email you 3 days before the trial ends.
Billing frequency
Choose monthly or annual. Annual billing saves ~17% and is invoiced upfront. Monthly plans renew automatically on the same day each month.
Upgrades
Upgrade any time from your dashboard. New limits apply instantly and we prorate the difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits, oldest snapshots beyond the new retention window are pruned after a 7-day grace period.
Cancellation
Cancel any time — no phone calls. Your account stays active until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, data is retained read-only for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted.
Refunds
Annual plans are refundable, pro-rated, within the first 30 days. Monthly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges.
Overages
Storage beyond your plan's quota is billed at $0.03 / GB / month. You'll be notified at 80% and 100% usage; no hard cutoffs on paid plans.
Acceptance criteria
All plans include AES-256 encryption, SOC 2 Type II compliance, GDPR-aligned data processing, audit logs, and a full data export at any time — including after cancellation.
